ERM EXHIBITOR/PROGRAM BOOTH (2)

ERM Staff provide ERM program information at LagoonFest. Create and engaging, interactive display that interests festivalgoers (both children and adults). Volunteers must be knowledgeable of ERM’s programs, friendly and outgoing.

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE VOLUNTEER CHECK IN BOOTH LOCATED AT THE MEYER AMPHITHEATER STAGE AREA. SIGN IN; PICK UP VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT, WATER REFILLS, BATHROOMS AND SNACKS AVAILABLE Volunteers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their shift to ensure that you are at the assigned location to relive prior shift volunteers. Volunteers should take time prior to your shift to walk the event and familiarize yourself with the layout. Volunteers are required to abide by CDC guidelines for masks and social distancing requirements (except for when eating or drinking in designated dining areas and main stage pods). While performing the duties as stated at your volunteer location: -Volunteer is frequently required to stand, speak, listen, use hands, handle, or operate devices or tools and reach with hands and arms. -Volunteer may be required to walk and stand for a few hours at a time. -Volunteer works outside in various climates and environments. Be dressed for the weather and be prepared if it changes! -Works closely with others. -Be mindful of temperatures and drink/eat as needed – stay hydrated! -If you need a break, please call your coordinator to replace you at your station until you return. -Volunteer should provide cell # to coordinator and have coordinators cell #. -Volunteer coordinators must have each individual volunteer sign-up online and complete application in its entirety.
