Volunteer Terms & Conditions – Pride St. Charles Festival
By submitting this volunteer application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that volunteering at Pride St. Charles Festival is unpaid and voluntary.
I agree to follow all instructions, policies, and guidelines provided by Pride St. Charles Festival staff and volunteer coordinators.
I understand that volunteer roles and duties may change based on event needs, weather, or other circumstances.
I acknowledge that Pride St. Charles Festival takes place in a public setting and may involve indoor and outdoor activities, standing, walking, or light to moderate physical activity.
I confirm that I am physically able to perform assigned volunteer tasks or will notify coordinators of any limitations or accommodations needed.
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, inclusive, and professional manner that aligns with the values of Pride St. Charles Festival.
I understand that the use of alcohol or illegal substances while volunteering is strictly prohibited.
I understand that Pride St. Charles Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
I acknowledge that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image to be used for Pride St. Charles Festival promotional or archival purposes.
I understand that Pride St. Charles Festival reserves the right to remove any volunteer who does not adhere to these terms or whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
I understand that volunteers must meet the minimum age requirement set by Pride St. Charles Festival. Volunteers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
