About the event

Pie baking in Manitou Springs is serious business. Travel back in time the good ol'-fashioned way as community members gather on Monday, July 6 to compete for fame, glory, and bragging rights. (The rest of us just show up to eat pie!) Show us your skills—enter the FREE bake-off and be eligible for sweet (see what we did there??) prizes! Then stick around and cool down with Colorado Creamery Ice Cream—the treat that can't be beat—all while enjoying the sounds of Little London Winds and their Big Band. Watch families toss frisbees and kick around a soccer ball in Soda Springs Park, right here in Manitou Springs. It’s like experiencing summertime the way you remember it as a kid!

About the application

Join Visit Manitou Springs for our annual Ice Cream Social and Pie Baking Contest! Volunteers receive a slice of pie and ice cream prior to the event, so feel free to bring a container to take your pie to go or enjoy it while listening to live music!
