About the event

Izzy Fest 2026 is rolling in May 1st & 2nd at Beach Central in Galveston, TX! We kick off Friday afternoon and keep the good vibes flowing with live music, art, local vendors, and sunset hangs through Saturday night. Saturday morning, grab your shades and hit the beach for our longboard surf contest—smooth style, surf commentary, and laid-back family vibes—then roll back to the festival grounds for louder riffs, bigger energy, and nonstop Third Coast celebration. See you on the sand.

About the application

Help welcome and get wristbands for our eventgoers! We need friendly faces to be the front of our festival and start off the radical experience that is La Izquierda Fest. We would really appreciate if you could provide a warm hand-off to the next round of volunteers before leaving. Please report to Front Gate Leads Jessica and Pamela for any questions or concerns during your shift.

Terms & Conditions

Volunteers receive complimentary access to both days of the festival. All volunteers MUST attend the volunteer training day as this will provide key information on the role as well as to pick up your volunteer shirt.
