CALLING ALL VENDORS! Join us on Saturday, December 11th, 12PM - 7PM, in Downtown Lawrenceville for our Merry Little Christmas Experience & Fireworks Show and experience the Christmas season in Lawrenceville like never before! Enjoy a holiday market at the Lawrenceville Lawn, Santa and his reindeers, holiday music, and do some holiday shopping on the square, and dine alfresco at our one-of-a-kind eateries! Then, celebrate our Bicentennial with an incredible “Fireworks Show,” at 6:30 pm. Blankets and chairs are encouraged. Don’t miss this FREE holiday fun!

About the application

Volunteers will arrive at the Merry Little Christmas to assist the Events Team in various activities such as, but not limited to, load-in, check-in assistance, beautification, sanitization, and much more. Please join us this year, as we are in search of incredible volunteers to ensure a successful event in our community. Volunteers will receive T-shirts for their assistance, but sizes are limited. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ONE VOLUNTEER SHIFT. Volunteers must be registered in order to volunteer! To ensure safety, volunteers must adhere to guidelines placed by the city, guidelines which include the wearing of a mask at all times, temperature checks prior to the shift, & the proper use of gloves onsite.

Terms & Conditions

See attached. Masks are required by staff & volunteers day of event. Staff & Volunteers temperature will be taken upon arrival. Extra hand washing/sanitizing stations will be available. Please practice social distancing when attending city events. If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
