GET READY for our 10th annual event. FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Education - 100+ Vendors - Honey Show - Live Auction @ 130 - Honey Tasting - More! BEES & HONEY GALORE and education abounds. Shop with dozens businesses of all sorts - home grown, hand made, Bee and agriculture related vendors! Bring a wagon for your haul. Don't forget to grab a bite from the swarm of food trucks! Last year's event brought over 4000 people together to celebrate pollinators and shop local - don't miss out!

About the application

Volunteers are the heart of the Bee Jubilee, helping us create a fun, educational, and successful event for everyone. We invite you to join our team! Below, you’ll find a variety of opportunities both before the event and on the day of the event. Each volunteer applicant will be matched to a role based on several factors: Order of application submission – early applications are prioritized. Your interests – we aim to align your preferences with the right tasks. Age and experience – ensuring tasks are safe and appropriate for each volunteer. Past performance – returning volunteers’ contributions at previous events are considered. Whether you’re new to volunteering or a seasoned Bee Jubilee supporter, there’s a place for you to contribute and make a difference. Join us and help spread the buzz!

I understand the risks involved and do hereby release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have now or hereafter against the Granville County Beekeepers, its sponsors, and committee members. In addition, I release these organizers from loss, damage, injury, or liability for any nature which may be sustained by me as I volunteer.
