About the event

The Williamson County Fair is excited to celebrate 22 years of FUN in 2026, as we continue to celebrate our county's agricultural heritage, our community, and the memories of the families who have joined us as they began generational traditions of their own. For 9 days, beginning the first Friday in August, approximately 200,000 people attend the Williamson County Fair, held annually at the Williamson County Agricultural Expo Park.

About the application

Individuals 16 years old and older may volunteer without a parent, however a waiver signed by a parent or guardian is required until 18 years old. Individuals UNDER 16 years old may volunteer with a parent OR as a member of the JFB (minimum age is 13 for a JFB member). Application attached below. Please print, have parent sign, and upload as indicated in question #11. Minimum age for Courtesy Cart drivers is 21. A typical volunteer shift is four (4) hours long. Be sure to read the Volunteer Rules & Regulations before signing up.

THIS INFORMATION IS FOR USE BY THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC. ONLY, AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED OR DISSEMINATED TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR BUSINESS. By submitting this application and volunteering with the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., I agree that I have reviewed the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc. Policies and Procedures, and agree to abide by the terms of the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc. (WCFA) Policies and Procedures. I, the undersigned, grant permission to the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc. to use my name, likeness, voice and words, and the name, likeness, voice and words of the minor set forth below (if signing as a parent or guardian) in television, radio, films, newspapers, magazines and other media, and in any form not heretofore described for the lawful purposes and activities of the Williamson County Fair, including but not limited to advertising and appealing for funds to support the fair. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my name or likeness. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, or employees, and any sponsors from any liability for any injury or damage I may sustain while volunteering for the Williamson County Fair. Acknowledgement: Entry on to the Williamson County Fairgrounds constitutes your understanding of these risks and your willingness to undertake the risk of exposure.
