About the application

Are you passionate about trading card games and looking to get involved with the Northeast TCG Show? We're excited to offer volunteer opportunities for enthusiastic individuals who want to contribute to our event. As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow TCG enthusiasts, assist with event operations, and gain valuable experience in event management. Volunteering at the Northeast TCG Show is a rewarding way to support the community, meet new people, and be a part of an exciting event. Whether you're helping with registration, guiding attendees, or assisting with tournaments, your contribution is vital to making our show a success. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Volunteer Meeting & Training: A non-mandatory informational training meeting will be held for all approved volunteers. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in advance so alternate arrangements can be made for you to receive your event T-shirt and information packet. Hygiene & Presentation: Volunteers are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and present themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Application Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. Volunteer Role Assignment: Positions will be assigned based on the operational needs of the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, final assignments will be made based on availability and event requirements. Your assigned shift(s) and role(s) will be provided as the event date approaches. Age Requirement: All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age by the time of the event. Physical Requirements: Most volunteer roles require standing and being on your feet for extended periods. Please take this into consideration before applying. If specific accommodations are needed, please let us know in advance. Transportation and Lodging: Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own lodging and their own transportation to and from the event venue. Background Check: To ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees, volunteer applicants will be subject to a basic public records check.
