Where Every Fan Finds Their Place PopCon was founded to celebrate all aspects of pop culture, rather than just hyper focusing on a specific genre. We have a wide variety of interests – just like our fans – so we created a con to celebrate them all in one awesome weekend.

About the application

When creating a profile images need to be 1200 x 800 pixels or smaller. The Crew is vital to the success of PopCon. Below are a few of the responsibilities that are done by area leads: Report security issues to the Indiana Convention Center and PopCon Staff. Report first aid issues to the Indiana Convention Center and PopCon Staff. Assist with managing lines of attendees. Assist with any emergency evacuation procedures.

Terms & Conditions

Attire - Make sure you dress comfortably, especially your shoes. You will be standing and moving a lot and it will make for a very long day if your feet are killing you by lunch. You will be given a volunteer shirt and that must be worn during your shift. Cosplay is not allowed while being Crew. Give a Day, Get a Day - We understand you are volunteering because you are a fan of the con. By volunteering for more than five hours on any of the four days of the show, you will be eligible for a free single day pass for the convention. If you purchase tickets and volunteer you WILL NOT be reimbursed for any tickets or passes.
