7:00am - 11:30 am Set Up - Help vendors and wineries unload and carry items to their spot to ensure that we are able to move vehicles as quickly as possible. Put up signage, set up tables and chairs, etc. Put wine glasses into tote bags. This shift includes free entry into the event, parking, a volunteer T-shirt, and a free glass.

Arrive NO LATER THAN 10:45am, with the shift ending around 4:30pm - Help check ticket holders in, check ID, put on appropriate wrist band, and hand out tote bags with wine glasses. VIP admission is 11:00am followed by General Admission at 12:30pm with gates closing at 4pm. This shift includes free lunch from one of our food trucks, a commemorative glass, a volunteer t-shirt, and parking.

4:45pm until completed (8pm-ish)- Tear down. Help vendors and wineries load leftover items back into vehicles, take down tents, chairs, tables, and signage. This shift includes a bottle of wine from a local winery, a volunteer t-shirt, and parking.
