Get ready to kick off 2026 with an unforgettable experience… Louisville’s Winter Warmer isn’t just a craft beer festival — it’s one of the city’s biggest and most anticipated social celebrations, marking the true end of winter in style. Enjoy an immersive atmosphere filled with local vendors, food trucks, snack specialists, unique photo ops, and even planes on display, creating a backdrop like no other. Tailspin Ale Fest 2026 will showcase more than 50 breweries from across the country, including a special spotlight on Kentucky’s finest craft brewers in our Bluegrass Brew Zone. Bundle up and dress for the elements — this event is 100% outdoors, and yes… it sells out every year. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Proudly rated a Top 10 Beer Festival by USA Today for 7 consecutive years, and we’re ready to make 2026 our best year yet.

About the application

We need your help to make TAILSPIN ALE FEST happen! We have some special things planned and are so excited that you have chosen to help us celebrate! This event will feature sampling of more than 250+ craft beers in the coolest beer fest location, Bowman Field! Here's your chance to help be part of the behind the scenes to make it all happen! We will do our best to place folks with or as near as possible to their friends. Most booths will be in sets of 1 or 2 and upwards of 4. Please arrive with your friend(s) that you would like to volunteer with and we will try to accomodate. GROUPS refer to different areas of the festival and will help with placement and numbers per area. If you have a group you would like to pour with please sign up for the same group area. *You must be 21 years old to volunteer and have a valid ID on your person at the event. We understand life happens, if you sign up and are not able to attend, please remove your name immediately so we can fill the volunteer space in advance. Thank you for your contribution of time and effort to make TAILSPIN a success.

NOTE: EVERY VOLUNTEER MUST SIGN UP INDIVIDUALLY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. INCLUDE YOUR SHIRT SIZE AND PLAN FOR UNISEX SIZING. We are still not sure what we are going to be offering for volunteers for the 2025 event, but stay tuned and please enter your shirt size just in case. Volunteers signing up after Feb 1st shirt sizes not guaranteed. Please note this is a rain or shine event. Dress for the weather! Wear layers and comfortable shoes. We greatly appreciate your time! EVERYONE MUST READ AND ELECTRONICALLY SIGN THE VOLUNTEER WAIVER. CLICK THE LINK BELOW AND READ THE ENTIRE WAIVER. ON THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PAGE YOU WILL FILL IN A BOX THAT WILL ACT AS YOUR SIGNATURE AND DATE ON THE LIABILITY WAIVER.
