By applying to volunteer for City of Morrow, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Time Commitment
I will arrive on time for my assigned shift and remain until my duties are completed, including setup or cleanup if assigned.
I will notify the event coordinator as soon as possible if I am unable to attend.
Dress Code & Conduct
I will wear family-friendly clothing or costumes appropriate for a children’s event (no scary, violent, or offensive costumes).
I will act respectfully and courteously toward all guests, volunteers, and staff.
I understand that the use of alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time.
Duties & Responsibilities
I will complete my assigned volunteer tasks to the best of my ability and assist guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
I will follow all instructions and safety rules provided by event staff.
I will immediately report any injuries, lost children, or unsafe situations to an event organizer or security.
Safety & Supervision
I understand this is a family-oriented, child-focused event and agree to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all attendees.
I will not leave my assigned area or children unattended while volunteering.
Media Release
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used by [Organization/Event Name] for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that volunteering involves some physical activity and agree to participate at my own risk.
I release City of Morrow, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur while volunteering.
Removal Policy
I understand that failure to follow these terms or event staff directions may result in immediate dismissal from the volunteer role.
