About the event

The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation was established by The Carmines family with a mission to serve the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton community while honoring their son. Through our annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, we work to make a difference in our home and pay tribute to those who have come before us - while sharing some of the best seafood on the Island! Each and every ticket we sell helps to provide funds for non-profits that benefit our beloved Lowcountry, offer meaningful experiences rooted in Southern hospitality, and bring people together with a shared love of seafood. We are proud and humbled to be part of this vibrant community; giving back has never tasted better!

About the application

Classes - Friday, Feb. 27, 2026 Event Time 9:30AM- 3:30PM Assistants will do guest check in, glassware, general welcoming for guests as well as any other needed assistance during that time. Volunteers will also assist in re-setting tables, etc. in between classes.We ask that all volunteers remain flexible in your position. Please wear black or navy pants and a white collared shirt for your shift. Close toe shoes are required.
