Don't miss SC Pride's annual Midlands-based Pride month celebration: OUTfest! This Famously Hot Block Party won't disappoint! You can expect to see local and national entertainment, live music, drag queens and kings, pageantry, and so much more. You will also have the chance to interact with a variety of vendors providing resources, services, and products. Food trucks, sweet treats, and plenty of drinks are also available for purchase throughout the day. Grab your friends and get lit at our famously hot block party!

About the application

Join the OUTfest volunteer team and help make this vibrant celebration unforgettable! We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to support various event roles. Whether you're behind the scenes or on the front lines, your energy and passion help bring the event to life. Available Volunteer Roles: Beverage Servers Open and serve beverages to attendees in a lively, fun environment. Must be 21+ and comfortable checking IDs, pouring drinks, and promoting responsible consumption. Vendor Assistants Help set up vendor village before the event begins. Once vendors arrive, assist them with unloading supplies, setting up tents, tables, and displays. Great for early risers who like to stay active and organized. Event Photographers Capture the energy, color, and joy of OUTfest! We're looking for creative photographers who can cover performances, candid moments, and crowd shots. Must provide your own equipment. Information Attendant This role supports guests, vendors, and event staff by providing information, assisting with navigation, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. A great fit for friendly, detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy helping people.

LEGAL AGREEMENT: I hereby submit an application to become a volunteer at OUTfest 2025. Submission of my application confirms my commitment to abide by the festival rules and regulations as established by the festival committee. I hereby agree to conduct my activities upon the premises so as not to endanger any person thereon and to indemnify and hold harmless the board of Famously Hot SC Pride, its agents, officers and employees against any and all claims, demands and causes of action, including claims for personal injury and/or death, damages, costs, liabilities, in law or in equity, or every kind of nature whatsoever. I authorize the use of my image for festival publicity or documentation. Famously Hot SC Pride reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
