About the application

Help make this year's Harvest Festival a success! We're looking for volunteers to pitch in across a variety of roles, from greeting guests and helping with setup, to assisting vendors and keeping activities running smoothly throughout the day. No experience necessary, just a good attitude and willingness to help out. Fill out the application below with your availability and any areas you're especially interested in. We'll reach out with your assigned shift and any additional details before the event.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the volunteer agrees to comply with all festival rules and guidelines, including instructions from event staff and designated team leads. Volunteers must arrive on time for their assigned shift and notify organizers as early as possible if they are unable to attend. The festival reserves the right to reassign or dismiss any volunteer for non-compliance, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet expectations. Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation and are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided on site. By signing below, the volunteer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
