CULTURA a full sensory experience celebrating Culture through live music, street performances, food, art, and so much more! There is something fun for everyone to explore at CULTURA! This inclusive event is designed to celebrate a wide range of Hispanic, Latin, and Indigenous, cultural expressions. To some, it is a destination to experience flavor ... to others, it just feels like home. What to expect at this FREE culture festival? Join us at the Lawrenceville Lawn from 3PM - 8PM for a fresh live music lineup featuring original live music, a maker’s market featuring local Latin artists and curators, and a Zona de Comidas featuring a variety of savory and sweet regional Hispanic and Latin treats.

About the application

Join the fun at the CULTURA Launch Party at The Lawrenceville Arts Center. Here you will help us to provide an unforgettable cultural experience for the community. Volunteer tasks will include the following: -Greet Guests and Monitor Doorways -Answer Basic Timeline / Location Questions (ex: Where is the restroom? Where will the documentary screening be located? What time does the event end?) -Hand Out Flyers -Ensure the event area is clear of clutter or trash. -Additional tasks as needed. Volunteers will receive T-shirts for their assistance, but sizes are limited. Volunteers must be registered in order to volunteer! To ensure safety, volunteers must adhere to guidelines placed by the city, guidelines which include the wearing of the mask at all times, temperature checks prior to the shift, & the proper use of gloves onsite.
