TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS:
• ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE VOLUNTEER CHECK IN BOOTH LOCATED AT THE SW CORNER OF POST PARK, LOCATED ON FERN ST & S. FLAGLER DR. SIGN IN; PICK UP VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT.
• Volunteers should arrive early and take time prior to your shift to walk the event and familiarize yourself with the layout.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL VOLUNTEER STATIONS:
• Floater/Breakdown Crew Volunteers will work LagoonFest from 9:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
• Breaks will be provided by your coordinator. Volunteer will provide cell # to coordinator and have coordinators cell #.
• Be mindful of temperatures and bring reusable water bottle, your lunch or money to purchase food at LagoonFest or WPB Green Market right next door to LagoonFest.
• Volunteer is frequently required to sit, speak, listen, use hands, handle, or operate devices or tools and reach with hands and arms.
• Volunteer may be required to walk and stand for a few hours at a time.
• Volunteer works outside in various climates and environments. Be dressed for the weather and be prepared if it changes!
• Works closely with others.
IN CASE OF A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY:
• Please call 911
• For general FIRST AID, please direct to one of our North or South INFORMATION BOOTHS OR VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN; First Aid Kit will have limited items.
• IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING: report any emergencies or suspicious activity to nearest West Palm Beach Police Officer immediately.
