Commitment
Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their scheduled shift(s) and remain until their assigned duties are complete.
If unable to attend, volunteers must notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible.
Conduct
Volunteers are expected to treat all festival guests, vendors, performers, and fellow volunteers with courtesy and respect.
Alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited while volunteering.
Duties
Volunteers may be assigned to roles such as guest services, vendor support, admissions, parking, cleanup, or other areas as needed.
Assignments may change based on festival needs.
Safety
Volunteers agree to follow all safety instructions and abide by festival policies.
Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Certain positions may require lifting, standing, or working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Liability
By volunteering, individuals acknowledge participation at their own risk.
The festival, organizers, and affiliated partners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
Media Release
Volunteers grant permission for the use of their name, image, or likeness in festival photos, videos, and promotional materials.
