About the application

Volunteers needed for Kid Zone! Duties include, but are not limited to: arts & crafts games rides inflatables ticketing table main tent *WEAR APPROPRIATE HEAD COVER, SUNSCREEN, AND WALKING SHOES

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility • Volunteers must be at least 13 years old at the time of the festival. • All applicants must complete the official volunteer application form and provide accurate personal information. 2. Commitment & Scheduling • Volunteers agree to commit to the shifts assigned to them and arrive on time. • Any changes to availability must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. • Failure to show up without notice may result in removal from the volunteer program and no volunteer hours granted for documentation purposes. 3. Code of Conduct • Volunteers are expected to behave respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow volunteers. • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. • Volunteers must follow all instructions given by festival coordinators and supervisors. 4. Dress Code & Identification • Closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. 5. Alcohol, Drugs & Safety • Volunteers must not consume alcohol or illegal substances while on duty. • Volunteers must report any unsafe conditions or incidents to festival staff immediately. 6. Confidentiality & Media • Volunteers may not disclose confidential information about the festival operations. • By volunteering, applicants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event for promotional purposes. 7. Liability & Insurance • Volunteers acknowledge that participation is at their own risk. • The festival organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. • Volunteers are encouraged to have their own health insurance coverage. 8. Termination • The festival reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s participation at any time for breach of these terms or other misconduct. 9. Acceptance • By submitting the application, volunteers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
