Fairytale Finds Market – Volunteer Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits for volunteers (“Volunteer”) participating in the Fairytale Finds Market (“Event”). By signing up to volunteer, the Volunteer agrees to the following: 1. Role & Responsibilities 1.1 Volunteers agree to perform their assigned duties to the best of their abilities, which may include event setup, guest assistance, vendor support, activity supervision, or clean-up. 1.2 Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their scheduled shifts and remain until duties are complete unless prior arrangements have been made. 2. Code of Conduct 2.1 Volunteers will act in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner toward guests, vendors, fellow volunteers, and event staff. 2.2 Volunteers will not engage in behavior that could be considered offensive, unsafe, or damaging to the Event’s reputation. 2.3 The Event is a family-friendly environment; all language, attire, and conduct must reflect this standard. 3. Benefits & Incentives 3.1 Volunteers will receive incentives as outlined in the Volunteer Perks Package, which may include food stipends, merchandise, market credit, and other rewards. 3.2 Volunteer perks are provided as a thank-you gift and are not considered wages or employment compensation. 4. Liability & Safety 4.1 Volunteers participate at their own risk and acknowledge that some duties may involve physical activity. 4.2 The Event is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during participation. 4.3 Volunteers must follow all safety instructions and report hazards or incidents immediately to event staff. 5. No Employment Relationship 5.1 Volunteering does not create an employer–employee relationship. 5.2 Volunteers are not entitled to wages, workers’ compensation, or other employment benefits. 6. Media Release 6.1 Volunteers grant the Event permission to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring them for promotional purposes without compensation. 7. Termination of Volunteer Role 7.1 The Event reserves the right to remove a Volunteer from duty for failure to follow instructions, breach of conduct, or any behavior deemed harmful to the event experience. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
