Support general event needs as they arise and break down and clear all equipment at the conclusion of the event.

message Set up table with Rec Connects, Flyers, and Promo Items. Make sure staff/volunteers sign in with time of arrival and initials. Help Set up the Prize Table. Give the crowd counters clickers. Set Up Table with promotional items. Answer general guests' questions. Break down area at the end of the event.

message Sponsor Assistants will assist sponsors with setup, breakdown, and on-site needs throughout the event. Report directly to Anna Bolton after signing in.

message Entrance Guides will welcome guests at event entrances, provide basic event information, answer questions, and direct guests to key areas.

message Crowd Counters monitor and count guests as they enter and exit designated areas to maintain accurate attendance numbers. Turn in clickers to the Parks and Recreation Tent at the end of the event.

message Assist the Easter Bunny character by accompanying them throughout the event, managing the guest line, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely breaks.

message Egg Distribution team members will help make the Egg Hunt extra fun by handing out Easter eggs to children along the Egg Hunt Trail and guiding them to the correct age-group egg boxes. This role includes friendly interaction with families and creating a welcoming, cheerful experience for participants. Volunteers should be comfortable standing for extended periods. At the end of the event, assist with breaking down tables and boxes, packing up remaining eggs, and tidying the surrounding area.

message Event Roamers move throughout the venue to assist guests, answer questions, and help direct foot traffic, fill i n and provide breaks for staff, also assist event coordinators as needed. Towards the end of the event, they will serve as Line Enders by positioning themselves at the end of food vendor, Easter Bunny, vendor and Egg Trail line queues while holding a sign to clearly mark the last accepted guests. Politely inform guests that the event is wrapping up and that no additional guests can join the lines.

message Food Truck Parking members will flag down food trucks at the Amphitheater entrance and guide them to their designated parking spots. Once all food trucks are parked, they will step in to assist with egg distribution during scheduled volunteer breaks.

message Assist performers by helping manage the crowd and maintaining appropriate audience distance to ensure entertainment can take place safely and without interruption. Set up and monitor roped-off performance areas, and communicate performance breaks or pauses to guests as needed.

message Prize Table Attendees will assist with setting up the prize table and distributing prizes to guests. Responsibilities include collecting prize claim slips, locating the corresponding prize, distributing it to the guest, and marking the prize as claimed on the master list. Attendees should maintain a neat and organized prize area throughout the event. At the conclusion of the event, they will assist with breaking down the area and ensure all remaining prizes and the master list are returned to an event coordinator.

message Captures pictures of event happenings and event attendees for the event. Final photos will be uploaded to Photoshelter.

message Monitor the tent to ensure access is limited to staff and event volunteers. Set up refreshments and pizza, and regularly replenish water and beverages in the cooler to maintain cool temperature. Keep the area clean and organized, disposing of trash as needed. At the conclusion of the event, clean up and break down the area.
