About the application

Do you love anime, cosplay, or pop culture? Want to be part of the action behind the scenes? Join the volunteer team and help bring the magic to life! We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly volunteers to assist in a variety of roles throughout the convention. Whether it’s helping with registration, guiding guests, supporting panels, or managing lines, volunteers are the heart of our event.

Terms & Conditions

Volunteer Guidelines/ Requirements Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Volunteers must attend a minimum of 3 mandatory meetings prior to the event. Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 15 total hours throughout the convention. Volunteers who work fewer than 15 hours or who only volunteer during Sunday clean-up will not be eligible for a weekend pass. Returning volunteers or volunteers who complete 15 or more hours will receive an official volunteer t-shirt. As a valued volunteer, please follow these expectations to help us ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable event for everyone: Check in for all shifts and be on time. If you're running late or unable to make your shift, notify the volunteer liaison immediately. Wear your volunteer badge and/or shirt during your shift. This helps staff and attendees easily identify you. Be courteous and appropriate to all event attendees. Represent the event with professionalism and respect. Stay in your assigned task/zone for your entire shift Unless you are reassigned by a volunteer coordinator. Maintain safety in your assigned area. If you notice any problems, report them to event staff right away. Be mindful that this is a family-friendly event. Use respectful language and behavior at all times. Do not use your cellphone or other electronics during your shift. Stay focused and present while on duty. Complete a medical waiver prior to the start of the event. This is required for all volunteers to participate. Please note: Violation of any of these guidelines may result in dismissal from your volunteer role and removal from the event. Dismissal from your volunteer role may also be done based on event staff discretion for other behaviors and actions not explicitly stated in these guidelines.
