message Team Leads look after 5-8 General volunteers. Ensuring that they are completing the tasks required. Leads will also ensure that breaks are taken and volunteers return in timely manner to maintain operation functions required by the event staff. Leads are required to have been a volunteer at a Big Texas event at least twice. We request that Leads volunteer the whole day, (both days is even better) as to maintain operational readiness for the event.

Basic duties would be Line control, Baggage check, entry and exit control, assisting in Panels and basic info for spectators. We rotate all volunteers throughout the various areas of convention. No one will remain in one particular area, to include the celeb area. You will be given a event shirt to wear while on volunteer status. You are allowed to volunteer the full day, both days.
