Fall Festival & Market Volunteer Registration

Be Part of the Fun — Volunteer at the Fall Festival! We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and community-minded individuals to help bring the 3rd Annual Fall Festival & Market to life! This family-friendly event features local vendors, live music, food trucks, kids activities, and festive fall fun for all ages. Volunteers are a huge part of what makes the event successful — and we’d love to have you on our team.

Terms and Conditions – Volunteer Agreement Fall Festival & Market – September 27, 2025 By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. General Conduct I will treat all staff, vendors, attendees, and fellow volunteers with respect and kindness. I will act professionally and represent the Fall Festival & Market in a positive manner. I will follow instructions from event coordinators and team leaders at all times. 2. Attendance & Commitment I understand that by signing up, I am committing to the shift(s) I select and will arrive on time. If I am unable to attend, I will give at least 48 hours' notice to the event organizer. I understand that late arrivals or no-shows may result in ineligibility for future volunteer opportunities. 3. Age Requirements Volunteers must be 14 years or older. Volunteers under 18 must have parent/guardian approval and may be required to be accompanied by an adult or supervisor. 4. Safety & Liability I understand that I will be volunteering in a public outdoor setting and may be on my feet or lifting light items. I agree to use reasonable care and follow all safety protocols to protect myself and others. I assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while volunteering and agree that the City of Panama City Beach, the Parks & Recreation Department, and event organizers are not liable for such incidents. 5. Photographic Release I understand that photos or videos may be taken of the event, and I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used in event promotional materials, social media, or news coverage. 6. Confidentiality I agree not to share any personal information about attendees, vendors, or volunteers that I may become aware of during my time as a volunteer. 7. Prohibited Behavior I agree not to: Use alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances during my shift. Use offensive language or engage in harassment or discrimination of any kind. Leave my assigned area without notifying a team lead or coordinator. ✅ Acknowledgment By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions above. I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in dismissal from the event and/or restriction from future volunteer opportunities.
