About the event
The Suwanee Summer Porch Jam was started as part of Make Music Day — an international celebration of music! Launched in 1982 in France, it is held on the Summer Solstice every year in more than 750 cities in 120 countries. Suwanee decided to move our event and keep it on the Friday before the Summer Solstice each year.

About the application
We are looking for a few good volunteers to assist with our summer porch jam and street party! We need stage managers, trolley greeters and musical instrument assistants. The musical instruments are rainmakers and volunteers will assist children with making, taping, and filling eggs and tubes for the community drum circle.
Terms & Conditions
Volunteers under the age of 14 need to work with an adult and sign a waiver.
