Terms and conditions:
1. You must be available for the event date of Saturday, August 2nd
11AM-5PM at Agecroft Hall & Gardens
2. All volunteers are required to fill out this application to participate in the event.
3. Please make sure that you are available for the rain date before applying.(August 3)
4. All volunteers must report to the venue at 11:00am for a volunteer check-in & costume/make up prep prior to the start of the event.
5.All volunteers agree to their likeness being shown in Virago Alley media on the day-of the event, as well as initial events for use on social media.
6. You must be available for at least one possible in-person or
virtual meeting before event date (in July) to discuss costume, background story and event timeline.
7. Be kind and courteous to event patrons, venue staff, and your fellow volunteers.
8. Please respect the grounds of the venue.
9. Be prepared for a "rain date" change if need be. (Aug 3)
