We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Beach Music Series Production Staff Member Application and we need your help to make it a success! Hourly Rate: $14/HR Please take a moment to review the application which outlines the event dates and details. Terms & Conditions

This application outlines the terms and conditions for Events Team members working at MOSAIC at Chatham Park. It is essential for team members to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of events. Weather-Appropriate Clothing: It is crucial for team members to wear clothing that suits the weather conditions to ensure comfort and safety. Vests: All Production Staff Members are required to wear official MOSAIC vests during events to maintain a professional appearance and for easy identification. Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory to prevent injuries and provide adequate support during events. Physical Requirements: Production Staff Members must be prepared to lift items weighing over 15 pounds throughout the event. This is a critical part of the role and ensures that setup and operations run smoothly. General Conduct: Always maintain a professional demeanor and be ready to assist where needed. Ensure you are punctual and prepared for your shift, as this reflects on the team and event success. Cell Phones: Personal cell phones are utilized for communication during events. Please ensure your device is charged and that notification sounds are enabled to remain informed and responsive to the needs of the team. Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or injuries immediately to the Events Manager, Savannah Fox to ensure appropriate action is taken and records are maintained with Kane Realty. By adhering to these terms and conditions, you contribute to the success and safety of events at MOSAIC at Chatham Park. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication.

  • Do you understand that this position is $14/HR and you must invoice the events manager 24-48 HRS following the event?
  • Do you understand that Production Staff Members must be prepared to lift items weighing over 15 pounds throughout the event series?
  • Do you understand that it’s required to fulfill your scheduled approved shifts and that canceling a series of event shifts is not permitted due to time-off, appointments, or similar reasons? If you are unwell, you must give a 24-hour notice and provide a doctor’s note afterwards. Should you cancel your shift with prior notice for one event, you will not be allowed to return to MOSAIC for the remainder of the event series season.
