This year’s theme “Matrilineal Worldmaking (Vision of What’s Possible)” honors the power of matrilineal societies, where kinship, inheritance, and identity are traced through the mother’s line. These visionary leaders will share insights on Indigenous knowledge, reproductive sovereignty, and the enduring strength of matrilineal traditions. Featured Topic: Doula Training and the Historical Significance of Birth Supporters. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 1. Age Requirement: All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older. 2. Waiver Agreement: Volunteers are required to sign a Volunteer Agreement and Photo/Video Release Waiver prior to beginning their shift. 3. Orientation: Volunteers must watch a short orientation video, which will be emailed to them closer to the event date. Additional important documents will also be provided and must be reviewed.
