We’re looking for passionate and reliable volunteers to help make ExtravaCon an unforgettable experience! -ExtravaCon is our newest pop culture event celebrating anime, comics, games, collectibles, and more. As a volunteer, you'll: -Be part of a fun, fast-paced team -Gain hands-on experience in event operations -Help with tasks like registration, guest guidance, line management, tournament support, and more -Connect with a passionate community of fans and collectors Perks of Volunteering: -Free exclusive staff T-shirt -Free food, drinks, and snacks in the Staff Room -Free entry to the event outside of your shift -Plus, you’ll receive an additional free pass to give to a friend! Volunteering is a great way to support the community, meet new people, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how these events come together. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Volunteer Meeting & Training: An informational training meeting will be held for all approved volunteers. The meeting date and time will be announced closer to the event. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in advance so alternate arrangements can be made for you to receive your event T-shirt and information packet. Hygiene & Presentation: Volunteers are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and present themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Application Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. Volunteer Role Assignment: Positions will be assigned based on the operational needs of the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, final assignments will be made based on availability and event requirements. Your assigned shift(s) and role(s) will be provided as the event date approaches. Age Requirement: All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age by the time of the event. Physical Requirements: Most volunteer roles require standing and being on your feet for extended periods. Please take this into consideration before applying. If specific accommodations are needed, please let us know in advance. Transportation: Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event venue. Background Check: To ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees, volunteer applicants will be subject to a basic public records check.
