About the event

Virginia Highland Winterfest is a 1-day festival that kicks off with a 5k Jingle Jog, followed by a lively Holiday Parade. The day will rev up with one of the biggest in-town holiday gift markets, with music and a Kids Corner to pair. New this year! The Virginia-Highland Civic Association’s Tour of Homes is spreading extra cheer and joining the magical weekend. Take a ticketed tour of stunning VaHi homes from Dec. 13-14 and join us in supporting this festive fundraiser.

Winterfest is bringing the holiday spirit to Virginia Highland on December 13, 2025! Please support our community event and check out the available volunteer opportunities. We appreciate you helping us bring this event together once again!

Terms & Conditions

All volunteers will receive an exclusive Winterfest branded T-Shirt* and one free drink ticket for volunteering. Volunteers are required to attend a 1-hr meeting (virtual) on Tuesday, December 9 in order to become acquainted with the event details. *If you are seeing this message, we will do our best to accommodate your shirt size request, however, they have been printed so the exact choice may not be available.
