This will be a shift to help set up the event the day prior the event. The shift will be labor intensive as we will setting up the infrastructure for the event including tents, seating, unloading physical equipment, and defining the general layout on the property. You may also assist in cleaning up the estate leaving it event-day ready for our awesome event!

This will be a crucial shift for setting up the event. The shift will be labor intensive as we will begin setting up the infrastructure for the event including tables, seating, signage, marking parking, setting up POS systems, and other physical sets. You will also assist vendors, performers, food vendors, and others as required during the set-up of the event in their preparation for the day. When the event starts, you will be required to assist in any "last minute" fixes so we can continue to successful course!

These 2 individuals would be volunteer EMT or with similar credentials. They will be on-site serving as First Aid floaters throughout the 5 hour period. The First Aid set up will be located indoors at Agecroft however these volunteers do not need to be stationed indoors during their shift as they will be provided walkie talkies so they will be notified of an emergency.

This will be labor intensive, you will be doing anything from helping guests find acts and water stations to potentially fixing any set-ups that break down due to random acts of nature. This is incredibly important, you are the life line on the front lines. Further, you will also contact security and medical staff for any on-site issues and emergencies which can disrupt the event.
