Volunteer Application 2025

Welcome to the Volunteer Application for Unity Festival, taking place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025! We're thrilled to have you here and appreciate your willingness to volunteer. Additionally, please note that all volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to work the event. Thank you for your interest in playing a part of this exciting, community-building festival!

- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Government Issued ID. - Volunteers will receive an Unity Festival volunteer t- shirt during check-in. Volunteers are expected to wear their t-shirts at all times, while on duty. - Volunteers are strictly prohibited from possessing, selling, consuming, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs (and legal drugs that are not used in a manner consistent with accepted frequency or dosage requirements) while on the job. - Please be advised that there may not be space to store your personal items at your volunteer site. Please avoid bringing more than you need for your shift. If you wear something without pockets, we recommend bringing a small fanny pack, over-the- shoulder bag, or drawstring bag to keep your belongings easily with you. The Festival will not be responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. - Please remember to bring any items that will be needed in assisting you in functioning for the day (i.e., back or knee braces, wrist support, etc.). - We recommend all volunteers bring necessary supplies, such as sunscreen and sunglasses, to ensure their comfort and protection during the event. - Please be aware that attendees at Unity Festival will be permitted to drink and smoke. If this policy conflicts with personal comfort levels or religious preferences, volunteering at this event may not be suitable.
