By signing up to volunteer at the July 4th Celebration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commitment & Attendance:
Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their assigned shifts and remain for the duration unless otherwise arranged. If unable to attend, volunteers must notify the coordinator at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-In:
All volunteers must check in at the designated volunteer station upon arrival and check out when their shift ends.
Conduct:
Volunteers are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously. This is a family-friendly event, and all language and behavior should reflect that.
Duties:
Volunteers will be assigned tasks based on event needs and skills. Flexibility and willingness to assist in various roles is appreciated.
Dress Code:
Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Patriotic or event-themed attire is encouraged but optional.
Safety:
Volunteers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff. Report any hazards or concerns immediately.
Age Requirements:
Volunteers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Some tasks may require adult supervision.
Liability:
Volunteers participate at their own risk. The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Media Release:
By volunteering, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be used in photos, videos, or promotional materials related to the event.
Dismissal:
Volunteers who do not adhere to these terms or exhibit inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the event.
