CoveChella Volunteer Description and Terms & Conditions Volunteer Overview: CoveChella volunteers play a vital role in the smooth operation and success of our festival. Volunteers will be assisting in various areas including guest check-in, vendor support, crowd management, event set-up and tear-down, and ensuring a positive festival experience for all attendees. Volunteers will work alongside staff to support event logistics and enhance the overall guest experience. Volunteer Responsibilities: Assisting with event setup and teardown Checking in and assisting guests and vendors Supporting the management of event stages and activities Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the event space Acting as a point of contact for guests, providing information and directions Assisting with crowd control and maintaining the event schedule Supporting event coordinators and staff with general tasks as needed

Terms & Conditions: Age Requirement: Volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate. A valid ID may be required. Commitment: Volunteers must commit to the full duration of their assigned shift. Shifts will be communicated ahead of time, and volunteers must arrive promptly and complete their duties. Behavior: Volunteers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal from the event. Health and Safety: Volunteers must adhere to all safety protocols set forth by the event organizers. This includes following crowd control guidelines, wearing safety equipment if provided, and reporting any incidents immediately to the volunteer coordinator. Photo and Video Consent: By volunteering, you consent to be photographed and filmed during the event. These images may be used for marketing, social media, and future promotions related to CoveChella. Volunteers' Personal Property: CoveChella is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while on the premises. Volunteers should take care of their belongings and may be assigned secure storage for personal items during their shifts. Health and Wellness: Volunteers are encouraged to stay hydrated and take necessary breaks during their shifts. Adequate food and beverage options will be provided for volunteers. Emergency Protocols: In the event of an emergency, volunteers are expected to follow all emergency protocols and assist in the safe evacuation of guests if required. A briefing on emergency procedures will be provided on-site. Liability: By participating as a volunteer, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of attending a live event. You agree to hold CoveChella and its organizers harmless for any injury or incident occurring during your time as a volunteer. Termination of Volunteering: CoveChella reserves the right to remove any volunteer who fails to meet the requirements, violates the terms, or acts in a manner that is detrimental to the event or attendees.
