Wine Runner

Help our wineries focus on pouring by handling the movement of their products! Wine runners will: Assist wine vendors by transporting bottles and cases to the central wine store Respond to winery requests for assistance with basic needs Provide quick, friendly service that keeps operations moving You’ll be a key part of the wine team’s efficiency and guest experience!

All volunteer applicants must be 21+ by May 31, 2025. You are welcome to enjoy the festival for free before or after your shift! Please drink responsibly to ensure you are able to fulfill your volunteer role. By checking the terms & conditions box, you agree: As a volunteer, I release and hold harmless Albemarle Downtown Development Corporation, the City of Albemarle, and their successors from any and all claims, costs, suits, actions, judgments or expenses upon any damage, loss or injury to me or to my property which may arise from this volunteer event. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of any and all risks posed by these volunteer activities and that I have no medical condition that prevents me from engaging in them. I also give permission to be photographed by project partners or the media for use in printed materials, through the internet or through other media outlets.
