About the application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Hala Festival! Volunteers are needed from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM to support with setup, guest assistance, vendor coordination, ticketing and cleanup. All volunteers will receive a unisex festival t-shirt and free entry to the event. This is a great way to be part of a vibrant multicultural celebration and support local businesses and artists.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to be present and available during your assigned time between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old unless accompanied by a guardian. Volunteers receive free entry but must check in upon arrival. Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times. Hala Festival is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. All volunteers must follow event protocols and instructions provided by the organizing team.
