About the event

Enjoy a musical under the stars brought to you in partnership with Aurora Theatre on March 20th, 6:30pm – 10pm! Enjoy a free performance of Disney’s Newsies on the beautiful new stage at the recently renovated Lawrenceville Lawn. To ensure safety, registration is required and attendance will be limited. Please be aware that there is a high level of interest for City events. During the registration process, placing tickets in cart, does not guarantee ticket availability until transaction is complete.

About the application

Volunteers will arrive to the Lawrenceville Lawn to assist the Events Team in various activities such as, but not limited to, load in, check-in assistance, beautification, sanitization, and much more. Please join us this year, as we are in search of incredible volunteers to ensure for a successful event in our community. Volunteers will receive a t-shirt onsite. Volunteers must be registered in order to volunteer! To ensure safety, volunteers must adhere to guidelines placed by the city, guidelines which include the wearing of mask at all times, temperature checks prior to shift, & the proper use of gloves onsite.

Terms & Conditions

See attached. Masks are required by staff & volunteers day of event. Staff & Volunteers temperature will be taken upon arrival. Extra hand washing/sanitizing stations will be available. Please practice social distancing when attending city events. If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
