About the event

The charming and historic City of Norcross, Georgia is delighted to celebrate the twenty-second annual Norcross Art Splash Festival for the community. This charming downtown district has all of the charm of a historic town, with the excitement and bustle of citizens in the hundreds of surrounding new homes, apartments and townhouses.
