About the application

We are looking for Food Vendors for our School's Out for Summer DTL Happening! This application is for our May DTL Happening event on May 24th! We will be showing Big Hero 6 at 6:00 PM and A Goofy Movie at 8:00 PM . This event is from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm with the end time depending on the length of the movie. Vendors will be required to load in prior to 4:30 PM. Load-in specifics will be sent prior to the event date by the Event Coordinator. We will finalize the approval of all applications by May 19. We will send load-in information the week of May 24th. If you would like to participate in our event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

Join the City of Lawrenceville in an all-new event series dedicated to building community through engaging experiences that focus on fun, outside of the box, healthy, and unique activities that might not be widely practiced or easily accessible. Some common themes throughout this series might be curiosity, wellness, inclusivity, and discovering what the DTL has to offer. Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ - Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.) - Vendors must wear gloves and mask, in addition to keeping their work areas clean- Vendors must separate cash, product handling, and ensure regular and proper handwashing - Vendors must provide hand sanitizer at their booth- We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
