About the application

Set up is at 12pm sharp. Food Trucks that we accept cannot serve burgers, empanadas,or jamacian food as there are other restaurants close by that serve that. These are outdoor events and there isn't access to electricity. If an event gets rained out the vendor fee will be applied to the next month's event at that location originally booked. We also provide you with digital flyers to promote your business at the event. We do ask that you promote as much as possible about your business and that you will be at the event. We will promote the event and your business specifically to Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor as well as tik tok for maximum exposure. If you are a no-show, your vendor fee will not be refunded or rolled over to the next month. If you cancel after payment is there won't be a refund or roller over to the next month's event as it takes a lot of time and work to promote each business, go through emails and prep the space all over again to accept a new vendor spot on here as well as social media and make the promo video.

About the event

Join us for our first Spring Hill Community Event! There will be Food Trucks and Local Small Business Vendors and Music! This is a Free to enter the event as a customer! This event will be the first of many so come out and enjoy the fun! Our events are every 4th Saturday of the month as long as we have some beautiful spring hill weather! Event 2 - 6 pm at 4075 Deltona Blvd. Spring Hill Fl 34606 in the Family Dollar left side Parking Lot! We are looking for 5 Small Business Vendors and 2 Food Trucks that DO NOT serve burgers, Jamaican food, or empanadas, and 2 Sponsors. It is $25 Vendor fee $35 Food Truck fee $100 Sponsor fee.
