MUSIC, ART, DANCE & COMMUNITY! Welcome to Belmont Village Bestival! We are a two day music and arts festival celebrating local performers in this beautiful gem within the City of Kitchener and right next door to the City of Waterloo! We shut down the street and ramp up the fun every year two weeks following Labour Day weekend to celebrate the official closing of summer. Please come and be part of the magic!

About the application

Calling all "Mini Makers" and "Kid Entrepreneurs" we are looking for vendors for our first ever "mini market."
 If you are between the ages of 8 and 16 and have a craft, art, product or service that you sell, please have your parent or guardian fill out the below form. 
 
We will be supplying a table and two chairs for each vendor. We do not have access to electricity.
 
The Market Runs in our Kids Area on Saturday from 10 - 1. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the market. Their parent or guardian is expected to be present at all times.
 
If you plan to sell any food or drink products you will need to fill out a Region of Waterloo health form, as well and submit this form to the Region of waterloo public health office.
