• Market Cancelations: If a market is cancelled by RVF for any reason, a credit will be applied to a future show only. No refunds will be given.
• Vendors who leave during market hours will be fined $100.00
• No Show Vendors will not be accepted back, future markets will be withdrawn with no refund.
• If I arrive after 8:45am my space will be forfeited
• Markets are held Rain or Shine, All Markets Are Non-Refundable
• By Completing this application, YOU agree to share any and all-Facebook events to ALL of your social Media accounts at least 3 times leading up to the event. We ask that YOU take 5 minutes per day to interact with the Facebook account for RVF. Like, Share, And Comment on all posts.
• All booths must look professional, all tables should be covered to the ground with a covering, any heckling or distracting behavior will not be tolerated.
• If you are a food Vendor, you must comply with all food handling regulations, including permitting. Your Information will be provided to the local health department for review.
• Sales Tax Collection: All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax to the IL Dept Of Revenue or IN Dept of Revenue
• I understand that my photo may be taken during the event and used on social media, in the newspaper and in promo materials. I understand that photos maybe used from your social media account.
• I hold harmless RVF, Orland Park Civic Center, DuPage County Fairgrounds, Heritage Park/ Village of Homer Glen, Roma Sports Club, Francis Field Youth Foundation, McHenry County Fair Grounds, Lake County Fairgrounds, Milwaukee Sport Complex, Kankakee County Fairgrounds,Jennifer's Garden for any loss or damage to any and all property or act of God.
