About the event

The FM Pop Expo is the new event combining Son of FM Comic-Con, Motorheads and More and Crafty Diversions to be a pop-culture celebration for everyone! Women, Men and Kids with a wide variety of interests! Autos, motorcycles and all forms of fun pursuits as well as home and hearth and health but of course everything within Son of FM Comic-Con as well!

About the application

The Fargo PopExpo was a great success!

The FPE is based at the RRV Fairgrounds and adheres to the RRVF contract, which includes NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES (barring spcific dietary issues) and NO WEAPONS (barring costume pieces or merchandise purchased but "checked").
ALL tables and chairs MUST be ordered in advance as we are charged for them (and then you are) but it is impossible to collect after the fact so NO ADDITIONAL TABLES will be provided once setup is complete. PLEASE GO THRU YOUR APPLICATION CAREFULLY and list all you need! If you are bringing your own, you can save some money (we will refund after application).
If you need ELECTRICAL you MUST tell us as there may not be any available where you are. vendors will be on the outside walls of the arena but some will be in lanes inside with the middle open (new layout).
Booths you select are REQUESTS, NOT set in stone. We reserve the right to move an adjust to make the overall event work with the parameterswe have to keep. 
PLEASE LOOK AT THE LAYOUT AND REQUEST YOUR BOOTH SPACES! Reserved areas are for new sponsors and guests.. one or two MAY become open but for now, plan around it!

Terms & Conditions

This agreement between the VENDOR/DEALER and FPE/FMCC is to provide table(s) and chairs for a two-day event, the Fargo POP EXPO 2024 featuring Son of FM COMIC-CON, CRAFTY DIVERSIONS and MOTORHEADS & MORE. The Vendor/Dealer assumes entire responsibility and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save FMCC and its agents harmless against all claims, loss, or damage to persons or property, arising out of or caused by Participant’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the Exhibit premises. The Vendor/Dealer also indemnifies and agrees to hold the Exhibit Facility and the legal entities which own, lease, and/or operate the Exhibit Facility, their members, officers and directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damage to property or personal injury caused by Participant or its agents, representatives, employees, or any other person. This agreement for table space at FPE indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all accompanying exhibit terms and conditions and general regulations listed on this document as well as such additional rules and regulations as FPE deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these latter do not materially alter the Participant’s contractual rights. Neither FPE, the Facility, nor the decorator or their agents can assume responsibility for any loss or damage to booths, equipment, or personal belongings on site. Insurance on all Exhibits is suggested and is the responsibility of the Participant. Neither FPE nor its agents, assigns, or assignees, will assume any responsibility for property loss, damage, personal injury, or other claims related to the Participant's space. Participants are required to carry insurance to cover their property against damage and loss and public liability insurance for claims of injury to the person and property of others. The character of the Exhibit is subject to the approval of FPE. FPE retains the right to refuse the application of Participants not meeting standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail Exhibits or parts of Exhibits which reflect unfavorably upon the character of the meeting. Non-professional products or services are not to be displayed. Participants may not resell, sublet, give or otherwise transfer their space to any third party without express written consent by FPE. Participant agrees to not engage in any activities considered disruptive including, but not limited to: packing and unpacking of merchandise outside areas leased to the Participant; transfer of merchandise into or through the Exhibit Hall during business hours; or any activity deemed by FPE not in the best interest of FPE or any of its participants. In the event the Participant, its contractors, agents, or employees fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or otherwise detracts from the general educational character of the meeting, FPE shall be permitted and empowered to terminate the Participant's right hereunder, and evict and remove the Participant and contractors hired by Participant from the premises, in which event the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid hereunder. All applications and payments are final-no refunds shall be available. In the event of a severe weather system in which the city authorities deem “No travel”, the event will be rescheduled. If this is not possible to complete, refunds will be available after a few weeks (required for completion of business arrangements).VENDOR/DEALER has read and agrees to this contract. Payment is required upon booking.

Artist alley 6' space $55 Non-refundable Space is 6' long with ONE chair! Additional chairs can be rented for $2 each or bring your own! Space is 30" wide table with 30" behind (5' total with 6' of table). ONE TABLE PER ARTIST!! If you want more space, go with a booth!
Single booth 10 x 10 open 2 sides $200 Non-refundable Booth with 2 open sides providing more access. Booths come with ONE 8' table and ONE chair. Additional may be rented ($10 table, $2 chair) or bring your own! NOTE* Fairgrounds tables cannot hold huge amouns of weight so plan on having some means of support if using for heavy comics boxes, etc! YOU will be charged with any damages if they break (from RRVF).
Additional table $10 Non-refundable If you wish for more than the one 8' table that comes with a booth, you must reserve and pay for it here. Yo may bring whatever you wish, this is only if yo want to rent one!
Additional chair $2 Non-refundable
Half Booth space Front Facing $90 Non-refundable Only 2 of these,righ across from PRAIRIE BRICKS with heavy traffic! Includes 1 table and 1 chair per space.
