TBHE NOLA - Vendor Application

The Black Hair Experience is a traveling exhibition experience celebrating Black hair, beauty, and culture through photo activations, art, and shopping experiences.
We are seeking vendors for our two-day NOLA pop-up exhibit on July 2, 2023 - July 3, 2023
Eligibility: Businesses are invited to apply. Corporate/Nationally distributed brands please contact us directly at vendors@theblackhairexperience.com
Must be able to provide a copy of business insurance COI
 
Review: Our team will conduct a thorough review of your submission and consider you for the exhibit within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged. 
 
Setup: All exhibitors are provided with a 6ft x 6ft floor space and will be required to bring their own grid panel displays, easels, tablecloths, branding, etc for presentation. Exhibitors are required to be on site by 8am for setup on the day of event. Sales start at 10am and end at 7pm on both days. 
 
Sales: Exhibitors keep 100% of their sales. 
 
Registration includes:(1) 6ft Black Table and  (2) Chairs

2 guest passes
Featured spotlight on our website and instagram page.

Welcome to The Black Hair Experience an interactive space that celebrates Black hair, beauty, and culture through selfie moments, art, and stoppable spaces. We are bringing our pop-up to NOLA for two days on July 2-3. We are looking for vendors, artists, and volunteers to pull up and showcase their products and art for this event.

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
 
The Black Hair Experience LLC DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which The Black Hair Experience LLC has no control. 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I agree to indemnify and hold The Black Hair Experience LLC, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in The Black Hair Experience LLC, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in The Black Hair Experience LLC. I understand and agree The Black Hair Experience LLC is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
