Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race VENDOR APPLICATION FORMThank you for your participation in Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race October 27th and 28th 2023! Vendor spots/locations will be decided on a first come, first serve basis!! Fee: $150.00 for booth space and includes the $25.00 permit fee. Application must be turned in no later than October 8th ,2023. If your application is not returned with payment your space will not be reserved. No exceptions. Vendor spots are located on N. Peabody Ave. These spaces are non-electrical. Non-Profit organizations are $100.00 per 10x12 space. Non-profits do not require a permit. Terms of Agreement:1. Fee includes one 10 x 12 space. You must provide your own tent(s), table(s), and chair(s). Vendor space is limited. You are required to leave a 1' space on each side of your tent/table to allow for guests to move between booths. If purchasing multiple spaces, you may use the entire interior space, but leave 1' on each side of the larger booth. 2. Your contract applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Vendors will NOT choose their location; this is to the discretion of the Chamber of Commerce. You may REQUEST a location, but this is not a guarantee. 3. No refunds for vendor space. This is a rain or shine event. This event is outside. 4. We reserve the right to select vendors so that we have a broad representation of products.5. There is a $50.00 returned check fee and ban from any Chamber of Commerce events. 6. Set up time is 8:00 AM to 11:30 on Friday October 27th. Booths are to be open no later than NOON on Friday. Booths are to be open no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 22nd. You may not tear down your booth any earlier than 5 PM on both event days. As a safety precaution NO one will be permitted to set-up prior to 8:00 am as the streets will not be officially closed to thru traffic.7. All vendors must list every item to be sold in their booth. We reserve the right to not accept applications. If your application has been denied you will be notified by email. 8. All canopy tents must be weighted at the corners to protect against high winds. We are not responsible for damage. 9. We do not reserve parking for vendors. You can pull up to your assigned spot, unload, and then move your vehicle. We do not provide vendor parking. You must find public parking for your trailer/vehicle. 10. You may leave your items on the street overnight at your own risk. While Mountain View is a safe town, the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Mountain View cannot be held responsible for any of your items left unattended. However, the City Police Department will patrol the area every hour or so. 11. Please remember to be courteous and welcoming to our visitors and event staff. The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to ask vendors to leave the event for any reason at any time. Set-Up time is Friday, October 27th from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or NO later than 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 28th.
