About the application

Welcome to the inaugural Main In Color - The Art + Design Festival on Saturday, July 15, 2023!!!  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Main in Color is a local Art & Design Festival operating to create an immersive art experience for the High Point community. We are proud to be working with an array of local organizations including but not limited to: The High Point Arts Council, Theatre Arts Gallery, High Point By Design and Cohab Space. It is our greatest goal to make the arts accessible and inclusive and in order to make that happen we need the participation of artists like yourself. This event will allow for a new level of engagement for artists and community members alike to become more involved in the arts in High Point unlike any way that has been offered in the past; we would graciously welcome you as a participant!
 
If you are interest in being a Food + Beverage Vendor please fill out the application provided and get ready to have some FUN!!!

Terms & Conditions

General Vendor Rules & Regulations:
Pop Up tents may not exceed 10x10 (Neutral Color Tent)
Silent generators only
All food trucks must be self contained and have silent generators
No nudity (we know it'll be hot)
WIFI not provided
HAVE FUN!
 
Application Fee
  • The application fee will be $25 and will not be applied to any additional vending fees selected
  • Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee approval
 
Application Approval 
  • You will receive an email advising that your application has been approved
  • Upon approval the card on file from the application fee will immediately be charged the appropriate vending fee (the $25 application fee will not be applied to the final vending fee - fees are separate)
 
Denied Applications
  • You will receive an email advising that your application has not been approved
  • The $25 Application Fee is non-refundable
 
Food Pricing
  • Please try to keep food at $10 (if applicable) to ensure a more affordable family atmosphere
  • Smaller Portion items can be created to ensure pricing options are reasonable
 
Refunds
  • All sales FINAL
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show
  • No refunds for inclement weather

  • Rain or Shine
  • No refunds permitted

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Push Cart $150 Non-refundable Push Carts to be placed throughout the festival areas
Beer & Wine $250 Non-refundable 10x10 booth space available placed throughout the festival.
