Terms & Conditions

Set up: Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.
Please arrive at 9am to begin your set up.
 
Bring your own Table & Chair
 
Break down: No early break downs! Looks bad if customers are still there. If you breakdown early you will not be able to sign up for future events.
 
At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy.
 
All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance.
 
Cancellations: No refund if you cancel the week of event
 
All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed.
 
Parking: Park to unload near entrance 
once set up, please park on other side of parking lot area (leave space outside of venue for customers to park) Plenty of parking all over marina! 
 
I will advertise on all Social media with paid ads: Rochester Area, Buffalo & Syracuse. We appreciate if  vendors help in advertising. Vendors must advertise on their social medias the event as well :) Let's make this a success together! :)
 
Highly recommend that your business follows all state tax regulations.
 
If you experiencing any COVID Symptoms, please stay home. Reschedule for another event date.
