APPLY NOW--Application Deadline is July 23, 2023. The 55th annual Yellow Daisy Festival wilil again include the Yellow Daisy Vintage Village, a curated section of the Festival has vintage finds--from farmhouse and country chic, to the hard-to-find collections. As part of the Yellow Daisy Festival, it will attract over 200,000 attending the four-day festival. The mission of reconnecting families and friends with fun, shopping, live entertainment, children's activities, scrumptious festival food, and unique creations has remained constant over five decades and continues with the inclusion of Vintage Village. Daily schedule: Thursday, September 7, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday-Sunday, September 8-10, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Customer feedback was great and we are excited to have the Vintage Village return for 2023! Thank you for partnering with us!
Please read over the Yellow Daisy Festival Rules, Limitations & Procedures below before filling out and submitting your application. Once your application and photographs are received, they will be reviewed by the curator. You will be notified of your status within 72 hours and then have until July 15, 2023 to submit your payment for booth space and any amenities you may require.
 
All correspondence will be sent via EVENTENY email. If you have any questions after thoroughly reading the below information, you can email us through EVENTENY messages.

2023 FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
CHECK-IN & SET-UP
Monday, September 4, 2023, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Exhibitors and/or booth partners must check-in in person, with a PHOTO I.D., and personally attend the show in its entirety. Exhibitors cannot sub-lease assigned booths or employ sales agents or representatives in lieu of checking-in and attending the Festival personally.
 
Exhibitors MUST check-in during official check-in times. Exhibitors not checked-in by deadline (Wednesday, September 6 at 7 p.m.) will forfeit their exhibition space and all fees.
 
Additional check-in and set-up information will be sent via email before the festival.
 
FESTIVAL HOURS
Thursday, September 7, 2023: *8:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, September 8, 2023: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 9, 2023: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, September 10, 2023: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
*8:00 a.m. is an Early Opening Day for shoppers wanting a little extra time and all booths MUST be open.

PRODUCT & EXHIBIT
Vintage Village vendors must have 90% Antique, Vintage, repurposed merchandise, 10% may be new unique items.
 
Antiques: Antiques are items that must be at least 100 years old.
 
Vintage: We are excepting Vintage goods of Home and Garden Decor that is pre-1980.

Repurposed: An item which is used for something different than it was created for. 

New Unique: We would like things that are not common-place and would prefer that these items are crafted by you. We do not want a stack of boxes with items from China. 

If you have a question about any of your items meeting the criteria ask before you bring it.  

All items for purchase must be curated by the exhibitor.
 
Management will prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibits not meeting their approval.
 
Exhibitors must prepare enough stock for the four-day show.
 
All articles and displays must be in good taste with no reference to race, ethnic, gender, sexual, or religious prejudice.
 
“Discount, Marked Down, Reduced” type signs are NOT permitted during the Festival. Verbal bargaining is always allowed.
 
Collecting names for mailing list purposes is permitted.
No obscene items will be allowed.
 
All materials must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia.

PAYMENT
ALL payments will be processed through the EVENTENY payment system. It is secure and will provide confirmation of payment at the end of the online process. A processing fee will be charged.
 
BOOTH DISPLAY & SET-UP
All exhibitors for the curated section of YDF will be located centrally, in the lower meadow section of the Yellow Daisy event space. All spaces are on natural ground. This entire area has shade trees around the perimeter and receives full sunlight in the afternoon.  

Additional space may be available on a per person basis.
 
Exhibitors must furnish their own display tables, skirting, chairs, extension cords, etc. Portable display tables, card tables, etc. must be covered/skirted in a tasteful fabric.
 
All displays must be designed, constructed, and operated in good taste.
 
You may bring an identification sign/banner for your booth, but Stone Mountain Park reserves the right to approve or disapprove display.
 
Booths cannot open late or close early at any time - they must be opened on time and stay open for the duration of the Festival.
 
ADDITIONAL FESTIVAL RULES
Gas powered generators are strictly prohibited. Stone Mountain Park’s Safety Director will be monitoring general use.
 
Electricity is a PAID amenity at the Festival. For the 2023 Yellow Daisy Vintage Village, approved exhibitors, the event organizers will provide electrical hookups free of charge.  You must indicate your desire for electricity so that arrangements can be made for power at the booth space. More information will be sent in the acceptance packet.
 
Management provides after-hours security for Festival area with the understanding that Stone Mountain Park is not, and will not be, responsible in any way for loss or damage to participant’s property.
 
Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal and property liability.
 
Yellow Daisy is a difficult show to operate by yourself, we recommend you bring at least one friend, relative, or associate with you.
 
Vehicles are NOT allowed in the Festival loops area during show hours or on the street after set-up or during show hours.
 
Coolers may only be brought into Festival area before 8:00 a.m. No glass containers. Ice will be available for purchase.
 
Pets are NOT allowed in the Festival area at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly.
 
GEORGIA STATE/COUNTY SALES TAX at 8% must be charged on all sales. Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all sales taxes collected to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Compliance Division. Forms will be included in the Exhibitor's Check-In Packet.
 
ONE (1) copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI), current through September 11, 2023, must be submitted; (The COI can be provided as one of your photographs, submitted after acceptance or brought to the show with you.)
