Terms & Conditions
- All vendor spaces are 10x10 feet. If you require more space, please update the quantity of your purchase.
- The festival committee has the right to refuse any vendor or product that is in conflict with community standards.
- There is an additional $25 charge for optional electrical hookups for non-food vendors. Electricity must be requested at time of application.
- Applications submitted after August 31st may be considered if booth space is available.
- NO RAIN DATES AND NO EARLY CLOSINGS. All vendors must stay until the festival concludes at 4:00 PM.
- Vendors must furnish their own heavy-duty extensions (#12) and food-grade water hoses. All extension cords must be at least 200 feet long.
- Vendors must provide their own racks/shelving/lattice work, etc. to hang items and separate their booth from others, if desired. No pipe and draping will be provided.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents.
- Nothing can be affixed to walls, sidewalks, or streets.
- 10x10 spaces will be marked off.
- Booth assignments and check-in times will be emailed 48 hours before the event.
- No food or beverages can be sold or given away by non-food vendors.
- All vehicles and trailers must be moved outside of the festival grounds by 7:45 am.
- With your Depot Days booth space purchase, we encourage you to set up your Business Profile to begin marketing and selling through our Depot Days website! Update your logo, business info, cover picture, and marketplace of the items you plan to showcase or sell. Visitors will be directed to your Business Profile from your booth space on the map.
- Your arrival time, parking instructions, and other important information will be emailed to you the week before the event.
