Food vendor application - For onsite prepared hot or cold foods or drinks. (Prepacked food vendors use the Artist & Retail application) NOTE: AS OF SUNDAY, AUGUST 6th, 2023 we are full. You may still apply, and you will not be charged. All applications from today forward will be automatically added to our WAIT LIST. Openings will be given in order of your date of application. The 2023 Avenues Street Fair as been scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2023! The Fair will be open from 9am to 6pm. The location will be on 7th Avenue between H and N Streets, Salt Lake City 84103.
